Hi:
I'm adding a Github Action based on appleboy/telegram-action. This is going to send notifications to the Spanish AREDN working group when a new pull request or a push are done, through a Telegram bot created for this purpose.
Please, prior to accepting this Pull Requests contact me via email or telegram since I have to provide you two secrets values for adding to the repository secrets. Otherwise the bot will not work.
