- Update ruby.yml to test Ruby 3.1+ with Rails 7.0+ - Remove support for Ruby 2.7, 3.0 and Rails 5.2, 6.1 - Update GitHub Actions checkout to v4 - Align CI with gemspec requirements (Ruby >= 3.1.0, Rails >= 7.0)
- Remove ~> prefix from rails-version matrix values - Gemfile expects plain version numbers, not gem requirement syntax - This fixes the 'Illformed requirement' bundler error

@dzucconi just FYI, this is part of my path
