Starting in EOS 4.21.1F, eAPI requests over https would fail with the following error:
ssl.SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:700)This pull request adds code to disable SSL verification to bypass the error.
Also corrected the formatting in the README for headers to display correctly.
