Replace one-liner clone with collapsible install sections for each harness. Each section walks a first-time skill user through: mkdir, clone, restart, verify. Includes harness-specific quirks: - Claude Code: Cmd-Q to fully quit, top-level dirs need restart - Cursor: Settings -> Rules to confirm, avoid symlink installers - Codex: ~/.agents/skills (not ~/.codex), /skills to verify Power users skip; first-timers don't get stuck.

Replaces the terse one-liner install with collapsible sections per harness (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / Other). Each section walks a first-time skill user through mkdir + clone + restart + verify, plus harness-specific quirks (Cmd-Q for Claude, Settings>Rules for Cursor, .agents not .codex for Codex). Claude Code section is open by default; others collapsed. Power users skim past, first-timers don't get stuck.
