Move the sister calculator link from 'Related' to a callout right under the tagline. People who'd rather not install anything see it before scrolling through install/usage/engine sections.

Adds a callout right under the tagline pointing to the sister web calculator. Keeps the Related link too, but the upfront mention saves a non-installer the scroll.
