- Probe chat models once to identify native in-chat image generation
- Cache image capability results and notify the UI when detection completes
- Hide explicit image mode controls for models with native image support
- Warn users when image generation is requested without a configured model
- Add localized missing image model messages
- Bump project version to 1.4.13
