Add an unpackaged self-contained WinUI3 sample app and publish it for integration tests. Verify WinUI3 durable keys are present, unique, deterministic across dumps, queryable by key, and grafted under DesktopChildSiteBridge. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Adds an unpackaged self-contained WinUI3 sample app targeting net10.0-windows with WindowsAppSDK 2.2.0 and publishes it as part of the build. Adds an integration test that waits for WinUI3 readiness, verifies durable keys are populated/unique/deterministic, confirms DesktopChildSiteBridge stitching, and round-trips --query by durable key.
Part of #30
