Also fixing the constexpr issue. |

I built it unsuccessfully at first even though I use your new pull requests. And then I spent several hours to solve the problem, which is that the version of cmake is required to upgrade. I just install the latest version 3.28.0-rc6. Maybe it will help others. |

Fix the CMakeLists.txt to make it compatible with system boost library. And deleted unneeded built files.
