Add example to readme on subclassing Session to get tokens when refreshed. resolves #85

Hey guys, I got word today that Facebook wants to use ruby-box to connect to splunk and they were asking about getting notification that a refresh token was used and what the new token and refresh token are. Any chance we can get this pulled in? It seems like a perfectly acceptable way to do this, at least for now. |
