This comprehensive update synchronizes the repository with the latest GitHub issues and formalizes the Rock Talk protocol for the v0.3 release.

Key changes:

  1. Paper Ecosystem Expansion: Extracted 'Native Semantic Pre-training' into rock-train.0.1.md and 'Sociocultural Archetypes' into rock-culture.0.1.md.
  2. Tripartite Document Structure: Every paper now exists in three versions: a combined primary document, a lossless high-signal 'rock' version, and a standard 'prose' version.
  3. Protocol Hardening: Removed all linguistic 'fluff' (bolding, italics, horizontal rules) and enforced a soft 80-character line limit for code-editor readability.
  4. Lossless Citations: Rock versions now implement full [Author, Year, Title] inline citations linked to a complete bibliography section.
  5. Issue Loop Optimization: ISSUES.md was refactored for high scannability and synchronized with live GitHub issues.
  6. Generic Structural README: The README was refactored to focus on project structure rather than version-specific content to reduce maintenance overhead.

Pre-validation complete. Ready for human review.

- Renamed citations.md to CITATIONS.md and updated all links.
- Reformatted ISSUES.md to a dense, field-name-free format with updated statuses.
- Applied global 'no-fluff' styling (removed rules, bold, and italics).
- Enforced soft 80-character line limit and one-sentence-per-line in rock versions.
- Updated all dates to June 15, 2026.
- Ensured rock versions are lossless with full inline citations and bibliographies.
- Updated README.md to a structural, generic format.
