The warehouse generator emits `runway_months: null` because it cannot see the operator ledger. In this repo's contract null means "revenue covers opex" (docs/statement-schema.md), so publishing it against net_usd=-50 tripped the frontmatter sanity gate the moment draft flipped to false. July is the first month the project burns. Book the operator's opex reserve as 6 months of runway and rewrite the P&L paragraph, which had described the runway as "unquantified" — a third meaning the schema does not carry.
