Release 1.52: unified lifecycle start

Summary

• add agent-lifecycle start as a thin facade over task intake, frozen managed delegation, and ALK session resume
• enforce review-only raw modes and explicit complete bindings for --mode implement
• add the stable agent-lifecycle-start-receipt.v1 contract, EN/RU docs, architecture guidance, and 1.52.0 publication metadata

Validation

• 798/798 full tests pass
• 27/27 focused lifecycle-start tests pass
• plan revision 5 lock/completeness, acceptance, references, and ownership pass
• no-model-call, docs compatibility, publication version, and publication adoption validators pass
• Python 3.14 wheel and sdist packaging smoke passes
• independent OpenCode audits with GLM-5.2 and GLM-5 Turbo: ACCEPTED, no open findings, no Claude/Anthropic used
