Description of changes:
Adding example to creates a custom image in Amazon SageMaker Studio which will load a
customconda environment from a users Elastic File System (EFS) home folder.This example includes specifying a display name or "Conda EFS env" for the image, and examples of how to setup the conda environment, and now to launch both a Notebook and Image terminal.
This has been tested in SageMaker Studio.
