More of a thought question, is this something we want to eventually expose publicly? |

Yes. This could be a useful mechanism for us and customers to see how a particular language implementation tracks against a spec. (ex. Customers could see that HKeyring is not supported in C just by looking at its spec implementation status.) |

LGTM. I didn't review any of the HTML/CSS/JS but the dashboard looks like it's doing the right thing.

Description of changes:
For each PR, upload a ZIP containing a dashboard showing spec compliance status for each language to PR artifacts.

For each push to main (or, fireegg-test-servers right now), upload the dashboard to Github Pages.

This gives us a URL we can access to see spec compliance for the head of fireegg-test-servers.
This is vibe coded -- if we have any issues with it, we should disable it.
