What does this PR do?

This pull request resolves the issue with the search functionality on the blog page, as reported in #3332. Prior to this fix, the search input was not affecting the displayed blog cards, and no filtering occurred when a search query was entered.

• Implemented a functional search feature that filters blog cards based on the entered search query.
• When a query is entered, only the cards that match the search terms remain visible, while others are hidden.
• This fix improves the user experience by allowing the user to find blog posts easily.
