GNOME 3.2, 3.4, and 3.6 compatibility

Hi,

I updated your extension for GNOME 3.6 (and 3.4 too, and it also works on 3.2).

I also made a number of improvements/changes:

• ability to position the time label (in the popup menu) to be above or below the date label;
• slight adjustments to the drawing code such that the lines are not fuzzy regardless of the MARGIN and LINE_WIDTH values.

3.28 Ubuntu 18.04, not working for me. added an issue but am just letting you know here as well. This was a long time ago I know, but I don't see either way why it shouldn't be working.
