I ship AI products in domains most teams avoid — financial compliance, regulatory interpretation, wealth management. Where hallucination isn't a fun demo bug, it's a regulatory violation.

What I believe

Most AI product work is cosplay. Real AI PM work means: choosing what the model should not do, designing for failure modes that matter, and shipping in industries where "move fast and break things" gets you a SEBI notice.
