This appears to have gained an extra level of indentation?
Startup time isn't really useful.
Saves automatically upon shutdown, no need to do it twice.

Added the ability to download certain vanilla jar version.
A real hack job but it gets the job done without refactoring the downloading jar mechanism
May refector at some point if I get time.
