Creates comprehensive documentation explaining the bazel.build → bazel.online documentation pipeline. Includes a Mermaid architecture diagram showing the flow from upstream repository through automated transformation to deployment, explanation of where to contribute and where to see results, and troubleshooting guidance. Addresses GitHub issue #62.
