- Replace top-nav layout with collapsible sidebar (Sidebar.vue, SidebarItem.vue)
- Add TopHeader component with profile menu and language switcher
- Refactor App.vue layout to support sidebar + main content structure
- Update FilterBar with improved styling and responsive behavior
- Add ProfileDetailsModal and ProfileMenu components
- Extend i18n locales (en.js, ja.js) with new UI strings
- Add architecture.html overview diagram
- Add saas-ui-redesign skill for future design consistency
