Make the conventional source layout and strict compilation the default, infer locales from canonical catalog directories, enforce mirrored YAML namespaces, and omit compiler inputs from runtime artifacts.\n\nAlso fixes constructor-only Kotlin parameters being mistaken for renderable properties.\n\n@lehoanggiap The goal is a smaller, opinionated contract: normal projects configure only package-specific exceptions; gradual migrations use one explicit strictTemplates=false escape hatch.
