🛡️ Sentinel: [HIGH] Fix API parameter injection

Severity: HIGH
Vulnerability: Dynamic user inputs in API service template literals (src/services/apiService.js) were being interpolated directly into URLs without being URL-encoded.
Impact: This lack of sanitization could lead to HTTP Parameter Pollution (HPP) and path traversal vulnerabilities. For instance, an attacker could manipulate an id or a query parameter by injecting characters like ../, ?, or & to bypass authorization or access unintended endpoints.
Fix: Wrapped all dynamic user inputs (id, roadmapId, topicId, lessonId, and query) in encodeURIComponent() when constructing API endpoints. This standardizes the parameters and ensures that special characters are safely handled by the HTTP client.
Verification: The code changes were verified locally. pnpm install was run to ensure dependencies were met, followed by pnpm run lint, pnpm run build, and pnpm test to confirm no functionality was broken. All template strings in the targeted file were comprehensively updated.

Severity: HIGH
Vulnerability: Dynamic user inputs in API endpoint template literals were not URL-encoded.
Impact: This could lead to HTTP Parameter Pollution (HPP) and path traversal vulnerabilities if an attacker provides crafted inputs (e.g., containing special characters, `../`, `?`, or `&`).
Fix: Wrapped all dynamic parameters (such as `id`, `roadmapId`, `topicId`, `lessonId`, and `query`) with `encodeURIComponent()` when constructing endpoints in `src/services/apiService.js`.
Verification: Verified by running `pnpm test`, `pnpm run lint`, and `pnpm run build` locally after executing `pnpm install`.
