Removed unnecessary abstraction from the resources pkg. Extracting service and environment resources is now a straight copy of the embedded resources to disk, via an optional transform func, such as merging the resource file with template data using native golang templating. Also migrated to yaml instead of json for the
.ecso/projectfile, meaning all configuration is now via yaml
