Have not read, but: BEP WG should not be specifically named in governance. Steering should have the ability to create and amend the BEP process as necessary, and if they choose to delegate to a WG to draft proposals, that can be part of the public record but not a mandatory part of the process. |

This is one of the first steps in updating the BEP Process. Following a lively discussion and a community vote to approve this change, the BEP Process Working group will be able to fulfill its remit of:
Amending the governance should help to resolve some of the confusion that arises from the BEP process being described both in the governance and the process page on the website. Additionally, removing the BEP Process definitions from the governance enables more timely updating of the BEP process via pull request to the website.
