Redesign Quick Connect workflow

Summary

• redesign Quick Connect into a responsive two-column workflow
• move saved profiles out of the dialog while preserving explicit review paths
• add scoped, privacy-preserving recent connection history

Security and reliability

• derive opaque, instance-bound browser history namespaces for each account generation
• validate, expire, deduplicate, and cap local history without storing credentials
• require a valid replacement or explicit confirmation before bypassing an unavailable saved jump host

Testing

• 1,502 Python tests passed, 33 skipped
• 168 JavaScript tests passed
• 49 Playwright tests passed
• ESLint and vendored asset integrity checks passed

Implements the feature proposed in Discussion #100.
