What?
The previous PR (linked below) hid the line on non-fulfilled statuses, which solved the misleading-copy problem but introduced a new UX gap: shoppers who placed an order and noticed an address typo had no way to verify the address on the order page for a multi address order until the order shipped (at which point it's too late to make changes).
