- add FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK to make OAuth working (fixes bitfireAT/davx5-ose#1947) - remove onActivityResult callback because it's not reliable anymore (see updated DAVx5 manual, section Integration)

Fix OAuth by adding
FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASKand remove unreliableonActivityResultcallback as per updated DAVx5 manual.
