📔 Objective

Create a AI workflow for creating new custom GitHub Actions. This process was designed around custom GitHub Actions which were well-structured, followed general custom GitHub Action principles, and followed existing Bitwarden conventions from within this repository.

/generate-action acts as a thin wrapper for invoking the action-generator agent which delegates to the following skills for orchestrating the creation of a new custom GitHub Action:

  1. /define-action
  2. /scaffold-action
  3. /implement-action
  4. /evaluate-action
  5. /validate-action

During testing, claude commands weren't detected within an existing
project or a new project.

templates, specifications, and patterns to help better guide the
artifact creation.
