The current README.md states, that there is a default cron setting for the periodic backup, which indicates, that backups should run frequently even if
VOLUMERIZE_JOBBER_TIMEis not set.That's not the case (since 5a3d06c) and confused me at first.
The changes reflect that behavior now.
