Added a number of functions per the instructions
Fixed a bug to take care of errors within CryptexViewController.swift
Cryptex functions for initial first two puzzles. Need to try and configure more to appear. UIAlert needs some cleaning up
Cleaned up some code in CryptexVC to be more readable.
