Can choose what Icon studio uses (when installed) in Appearance. Added old and current Roblox Studio icons. Also fixed ByfronDialog version string not returning the correct version.

Bad idea, webp doesn't natively support .webp, also it's better for websites and mobile apps not apps like this. |

Can choose what icon launching studio uses in Appearance. (only visible when studio is installed)
Added old and current Roblox Studio icons.
these icos are optimized like in #5718, they will be low quality without its changes in IconEx.cs!!
