Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Expo CLI (npm install -g expo-cli)
• Firebase account
• OpenAI API key

Installation

1. Clone the repository

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/refinetext-ai.git
   cd refinetext-ai

2. Install dependencies

   npm install
   # or
   yarn install

3. Set up environment variables

   Create a .env file in the root directory:

   OPENAI_API_KEY=your_openai_api_key
   FB_API_KEY=your_firebase_api_key
   FB_AUTH_DOMAIN=your_firebase_auth_domain
   FB_PROJECT_ID=your_firebase_project_id
   FB_STORAGE_BUCKET=your_firebase_storage_bucket

4. Run the app

   expo start

5. Test on device

   • Scan the QR code with Expo Go app (iOS/Android)
   • Or press i for iOS simulator, a for Android emulator
