Fiber study analysis for Eddie's project
The here package enables easy file referencing in project-oriented workflows! So as long as you use the pacakge here, it does not matter where your rmd files are located as long it is contained somewhere inside the parent directory.
- Use Normalized data (ratio of LCAT / LCAT ratio from quality control for each plate)
- Oulier: Filtered Sample #74 or Subject #223B
- Summarized Data found in LCAT/data/LCAT_summary_filter_223B.rds
