chore: resolve #64 the dependency on static IP has been removed.
- Add complete iOS/Android setup instructions including TurboModule config - Document all Propagation Profiles with parameter tables and use cases - Detail Operation Modes (FOREGROUND/BACKGROUND/HYBRID) comparison - Create full Events reference with typed helpers and payloads - Add Common Errors section (background service, permissions, desugaring) - Include Migration Guide from legacy NativeModules to TurboModule SDK - Fix naming inconsistencies (*highDensityNetwork* → `HIGH_DENSITY_NETWORK`) - Add Gradle desugaring requirements and RN 0.71+ compatibility notes
