I upgraded all dependencies to their latest version (with exception of requests, this is kept at the 2.23, but removed any upper bound related to it) |

@tom-schen @jdmcclellan @raghavbrocade Can someone take a look at this PR? It would really help to get rid of the dependency conflicts. I guess also security fixes and other improvements are applied when using more recent versions. |
