Re-capture the DV2 governance verify_live matrices on standalone stands built
from the current post-B1/B2/B3 seeds, no Docker:
- ClickHouse 26.7.1.492 (WSL single binary, access_management=1): 29/29 PASS
- PostgreSQL 17.5 (EDB windows-x64, initdb+pg_ctl :55432): 33/33 PASS
Rewrite demo_evidence.md data sections (S4-8) from live captures: model surface
(8 hubs / 8 links / 48 satellites / 70 tables), msk-centric order distribution
(mp__msk 89%, the old 40/25/15/10/10 X5 split retired with the X5 legend),
14,853 line items, per-branch MDM (2,500 customers in RUB, dealer loyalty
core/mid/tail only in msk/spb/ekb), bv_order_canonical + jurisdiction VAT
20/5/12%. Kind-cluster sections (S1-3, 9-15: topology, MinIO, PG-bridge, Argo,
dbt-job, CDC) are flagged pending Mac kind-cluster re-capture -- the standalone
WSL-CH / Windows-PG split can't reproduce cross-engine networking; their row
counts are X5-era and must not be read as current.
Add dated transcripts docs/perf/vault-pii-governance-{,pg-}verify-2026-07-03.md.
Records the CH 26.7 duplicate --user rejection + client config-file fix.
