This PR address #1 suggestions.
It is basically a TypeScript refactoring with extra boilerplate (prettier, editorconfig, eslint, commitlint, husky, github workflows).
It is also a breaking change since the API client must be initialized/instanced.
Also, every API request/response interfaces were mapped.
