Fork-only validation for upstream PR #108.
This revision keeps Helm compatibility checks and access-path diagnostics while making Service and Ingress readiness warnings non-fatal. It removes automatic uninstall and rollback after a successful Helm operation, and disables remote template lookup when the target namespace does not exist.
Validation target: current casosorg/casos master at 6a96147.
