Farmsubsidy: http://data.farmsubsidy.org/index.html and http://data.farmsubsidy.org/index.html?prefix=next/ The farmsubsidies datasets for 2014 and 2015 are uploaded in this repo. The dataset for 2007 - 2013 can be found here: http://data.farmsubsidy.org/index.html. The file is too large to upload on github and the respective csv's in the file still need to be merged.
The fisheries subsidies can be found: .... The data for 2016 is now uploaded. 2015 and 2016 are still missing.
The datasets can be merged using the ESIF data model developed for subsidystories.eu.
