Is the scheme ready for merging? Cause this PR is marked as a draft. Also, imo the scheme could do with some improvements, such as a less tinted onSurface colour and slightly brighter onSurfaceVariant and onPrimaryContainer |

Since there's currently no way to apply user-made schemes, I read here that it should be a simple ping for now. I don't know what else needs to be done for this to be added but let me know what changes need to be made.
This simply adds my Onix color scheme as an option for caelestia.
