Replace Cake.Recipe with a Cake Frosting build.
Cake.Recipe comes with some legacy which is not required on this repository, and on the other hand there are issues where it does not support cases required in this repo (e.g. coverage of multiple addins).
We currently already have some customizations for Cake.Recipe in place and more could be made to further automatize release process.
Starting with a fresh build, which in the future could maybe make it into a Cake.Frosting.Recipe, is easier than trying to get everything working with Cake.Recipe.
