This gem upgrade fixes a couple cross site scritpting vulnerabilities. It also updates the ffi gem dependancy, which allows us to use openssl v1.1, which means we can use ruby versions greater than 2.4.0. I have tested this with 2.6.9. Other issues prevent us from upgrading to ruby 2.7 and above.
