… README (#170) This PR copies the approach of #168 for the remaining libs that we migrated to `charmlibs`. I've added a deprecation notice to the docstring of each lib and bumped `LIBPATCH` to force Charmhub to update. I've added a general deprecation warning to the repo README ([preview](https://github.com/dwilding/operator-libs-linux/tree/update-migrated-libs?tab=readme-ov-file#linux-libraries-for-operator-framework-charms)). The test failures are unrelated to my changes.
