Summary

Bumping cartesi/rollups from rc-17 to v2.0.0 and also including configuration for all supported mainnets.

PS: UI updates are coming next.

* Enable mainnet ids in the codegen file.
* Update cannon package reference.
* Include v2 from information for all mainnets.
* Upgrade test cases.
* Update stubs information. All contract's address handled changed.
