This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.
First, run the development server:
npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun devOpen http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.
You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.
This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
The login flow supports a recovery-mode override for emergency access.
Set the RECOVERY_MODE_EMAIL environment variable to a single email address. When this variable is defined and a user logs in with the same email address, the application includes the ADMIN role in the roles array sent during login.
Behavior:
- If
RECOVERY_MODE_EMAILis unset, recovery mode is disabled and no extra role is granted. - If
RECOVERY_MODE_EMAILis set, only the matching user gets theADMINrole during sign-in. - Email matching is case-insensitive and ignores surrounding whitespace.
Example:
RECOVERY_MODE_EMAIL=admin@example.comThis flag should remain unset during normal operation and only be enabled temporarily for account recovery or emergency administrative access.
