Get this repository using:

git clone https://github.com/catherinebreslin/dataviz-d3

Install JQuery from:

http://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.0.min.js

Rename jquery-2.1.0.min.js as jquery.js

The files here are based on the sample files at:

http://www.compoc.com/tuts/

I'm modifying it to read in the XML file from Cambridge City Council
