Adds button to request 20-40mm munition by 1000, not 100
Infortunately I'm unable to figure out constants for desired munitions, so I have to use unreliable magic numbers in the
is_small_caliberfunction.update_get_resource_inventory_item_datafunction is the key to define constants, but the implementation is out of .lua scripts
