Release MCP Runtime v0.10.0

Summary

• move registry, credentials, schemas, sessions, calls, and explicit authentication behind one user-local MCP Runtime
• add caller-owned cancellation for stdio and Streamable HTTP with reusable sessions
• remove superseded CLI-side config, schema refresh, and token-cache ownership paths
• bump mcpx to 0.10.0

Validation

• bun run check (120 tests)
• bun run build
• bun run prototype:cancellation:evidence
• git diff --check
• three rounds of independent lifecycle and concurrency review

All OAuth and MCP regression fixtures are local; no real remote provider was accessed.
