Release self-contained mcpx v0.10.1

Summary

• remove the dangling linked sourcemap reference from the single-file release bundle
• keep the installer contract to one 554 KB executable asset
• bump the patch version to 0.10.1

Evidence

• public v0.10.0 dogfood reproduced the warning because the installer downloads only mcpx
• bun run check (120 tests)
• bun run build
• isolated built artifact prints exactly 0.10.1 with empty stderr
• no dist/mcpx.map exists and git diff --check passes
