• isolate the multi-process OAuth single-flight regression from daemon cold-start polling
• prestart the local Runtime before admitting the five concurrent refresh callers
• bump the patch version to 0.10.2 after the failed immutable v0.10.1 release tag

• RED: previous test failed 2/20 locally and in the v0.10.1 release run
• GREEN: focused regression passed 50/50
• bun run check (120 tests)
• bun run build
• isolated artifact prints exactly 0.10.2 with empty stderr
• no real OAuth or remote MCP was accessed
